AIDA Platform Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how AIDA Platform, operated by Vibezz, processes information when authorized users access AIDA through its APIs, plugins, connectors, and integrations, including through ChatGPT.

2. Categories of information we process

Depending on how AIDA is used, we may process: account and organization information such as name, email address, company, role, account status, and permissions; authentication and authorization information supplied by the identity provider; request and usage metadata such as timestamps, request IDs, modules or tools used, response status, duration, and authorization or quota outcomes; and the content of the specific request and analytical result when necessary to provide the requested service, troubleshoot an issue, or respond to a support request.

AIDA is designed to operate on the specific inputs and resources supplied for the requested task. It does not intentionally retrieve or reconstruct a user's full ChatGPT conversation history.

3. Purposes of use

We process information to provide the requested analytical service; authenticate users and verify access rights; enforce permissions, quotas, and other usage controls; maintain security and auditability; diagnose errors and service reliability issues; prevent abuse; and provide customer support.

4. Categories of recipients

Information may be processed by service providers that support AIDA's cloud hosting, identity, security, monitoring, and technical integrations. This includes Amazon Web Services for infrastructure and identity services and, when AIDA is accessed through ChatGPT, OpenAI as the platform through which the user chooses to access the service. Authorized administrators of the user's organization may also have access to account, permission, and usage information needed for administration, security, and support.

Vibezz does not sell personal information processed through AIDA and does not use AIDA usage data for third-party advertising.

5. Data retention

Operational AIDA runtime logs are retained for up to 90 days. Account, organization, permission, authorization, quota, and usage-audit information is retained for the period needed to provide and administer the service and the applicable customer relationship. After access or the customer relationship ends, such information is retained only when required for security, contractual, audit, dispute-resolution, or legal obligations, and is then deleted or anonymized when those obligations no longer apply.

Request content and analytical outputs are not retained by AIDA longer than necessary for service delivery, troubleshooting, support, security, or audit purposes. Where they appear in operational logs, the 90-day runtime-log retention period applies unless a longer period is required by law or a specific contractual obligation.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, restrict access according to authorization and operational need, and limit public system surfaces to approved functions. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. User controls and privacy requests

Where applicable, users may request access, correction, deletion, or other actions regarding personal information associated with their use of AIDA. Users may also stop using or disconnect AIDA through the third-party platform or organization through which access was granted. Some information may need to be retained when required for security, contractual, audit, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

8. Third-party platforms

If you access AIDA through a third-party platform or integration, that platform may process information under its own privacy terms and controls. This policy applies to processing performed by AIDA Platform and Vibezz.

9. International processing

AIDA may use service providers and infrastructure located outside the user's country. Where applicable, Vibezz uses contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the relevant legal requirements for such processing.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as AIDA evolves. The current version will be published on this page with its latest update date.
