AIDA Platform Terms of Service

1. Service

AIDA Platform provides authorized access to analytical capabilities, data products, APIs, and integrations for cinema and entertainment workflows.

2. Authorized use

You may use AIDA only with an authorized account and within the permissions, limits, and data access granted to you or your organization.

3. Prohibited use

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, extract or reconstruct restricted datasets, interfere with the service, misuse credentials, or use AIDA in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

4. Data and outputs

AIDA may combine information from approved sources to produce analytical results. Outputs may depend on source availability, update timing, permissions, and the scope of the request. Users remain responsible for evaluating outputs before making business decisions.

5. Availability

The service may be changed, suspended, limited, or interrupted for maintenance, security, operational, contractual, or technical reasons.

6. Intellectual property

AIDA Platform, its software, branding, interfaces, and service components are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of AIDA or its underlying technology.

You are responsible for protecting your account and credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
